Everything below has been asked by a real subscriber at some point, so the answers are specific rather than reassuring. If yours is not here, write to us — we would rather answer it once and add it to this page.
The basics
What the service actually is
A subscription that sends television down your broadband line instead of an aerial, dish or cable. The on-demand side holds 77,500+ films and series you can start whenever you like; the live side carries 21,750+ channels from more than 120 countries for the things that are only worth watching as they happen. Both sit behind one login and play on hardware you already own.
Netflix gives you a catalogue but no live channels; cable gives you channels and a set-top box you have to rent. This gives you both over the internet, with nothing to install in the wall. The other practical difference is the catalogue: titles are not rotated out at the end of a licensing window, so what you bookmarked in March is still there in September.
Through an IPTV player app. After you subscribe we email a username, a password and a server address. You install a player — IPTV Smarters Pro and TiviMate are the two most people get on with — type those three things in once, and the channel list and catalogue populate themselves. There is nothing to download title by title.
Per stream: roughly 10 Mbps for standard definition, 15 Mbps for 1080p and 25 Mbps for 4K. Those are per screen, so a household running three 1080p streams at once wants about 45 Mbps of headroom. Ethernet beats wi-fi on older devices by a wide margin; if you can run a cable to the television, do.
We provide access to internet television streams; we do not host video ourselves. Whether a given stream may lawfully be watched depends on where you are, and it is on you to use the service within the rules that apply to you. Our terms of service and DMCA policy set out how we handle rights complaints.
Paying
Plans, payment and getting your money back
One screen for one month is $25. The rate per month drops as the term gets longer — $45 for three months, $65 for six, $90 for a full year on one screen. Households wanting more screens at once pay more per term, up to $285 for twelve months across five connections. Every combination is laid out on the pricing page; there is nothing hidden behind a quote form.
No. Every plan opens the same 21,750+ channels and the same 77,500+ on-demand titles at the same quality. The only two variables are how long the subscription runs and how many screens can play at the same moment. There is no premium tier holding back the sport.
Visa, Mastercard and American Express, credit or debit, plus the common online payment platforms. Card details are handled by the payment provider over an encrypted connection and never touch our servers. The subscription activates as soon as payment clears and the login lands in your inbox a few minutes later.
No. A plan runs for the term you paid for and then stops. Nothing rolls over into a longer commitment, there is no exit fee, and there is no retention call to sit through. If you want to carry on you buy another term; if you do not, you do nothing.
Tell us within seven days of paying and we refund the whole thing. Better still, take the free 24-hour trial first and find out before any money changes hands. The conditions are set out in the refund policy.
Hardware
What it runs on, and with which app
If the device can run an IPTV player, yes. In practice that covers Amazon Fire TV Stick in every generation including 4K and 4K Max, Android TV and Google TV boxes such as the Nvidia Shield, Android phones and tablets, iPhone and iPad on iOS 14 or later, Samsung sets running Tizen, LG sets running webOS, Windows and macOS, and MAG boxes (250, 254, 256, 322, 420, 424). Anything that accepts an M3U playlist or Xtream Codes login will work. The setup guide goes device by device.
It depends what you are on. IPTV Smarters Pro is the safe first choice on any platform. TiviMate is better on Firestick and Android TV if you care about the programme guide. OTT Navigator suits Android users who like to tinker. GSE Smart IPTV is the usual pick on iPhone and iPad. VLC will play an M3U on Windows or Mac without any setup at all. Smart IPTV covers Samsung and LG televisions.
As many as your plan has connections — one, two, three, four or five. Install the app on as many devices as you like; the limit is on simultaneous playback, not on installations. Two-adult households usually take two, and families with children watching separately tend to end up on three or five.
Yes — the login is not tied to a home address, so it works on hotel wi-fi and on a phone abroad, subject to the connection being fast enough. Bear in mind that public wi-fi is often the limiting factor rather than the service.
Free trial
Trying it before you pay
Everything. Twenty-four hours of the complete channel list and the complete on-demand catalogue at full quality — not a cut-down sample. Fill in your name and email on the trial page and the login arrives by email, usually within a few minutes. No card details are asked for, because there is nothing to bill.
Access stops and that is the end of it. Nothing bills automatically, nothing renews, and there is no subscription to remember to cancel. If you want to continue, pick a plan on the pricing page; if you do not, you can ignore us entirely.
One per household, normally. If the first one was cut short by something at our end — a server problem, credentials that never arrived — say so and we will happily issue another. That is a support question rather than a policy question.
When something breaks
Troubleshooting and support
Nine times out of ten this is the connection rather than the stream. Work through it in this order: measure your actual speed at the television, not at the router; move to ethernet if you can; stop anything else that is downloading; power-cycle the router and the streaming device; drop the stream quality a notch in the player; and if you run a VPN, switch to a nearer server or turn it off to compare. If it survives all six, send us the results and we will look at the server side.
That is a single source dropping rather than your setup, and it usually resolves on its own within a few minutes. If it is still out after an hour, email us the exact channel name — that is the fastest way for us to find and restart it, and it tends to fix it for everyone else watching too.
Yes, and it is filled in — titles, start times and descriptions rather than rows of "No information". It loads automatically in TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and OTT Navigator, and you can browse forward, search it and set reminders. On a channel list this size, a working guide is most of what makes it usable.
Generally not, and it can help if your ISP throttles video. The trade-off is latency: pick a server close to you, because routing your stream through another continent adds delay and can introduce the buffering you were trying to avoid. If quality drops the moment the VPN connects, that is the cause.
Email help@vodstreaming.tv or use the contact form. Replies normally go out well inside a day. Telling us the device, the player app and what you already tried usually turns a three-message exchange into one.
Still stuck on something?
Ask before you pay rather than after. We would rather spend five minutes telling you the service is wrong for your setup than take money for a month you will not enjoy.
