What you can get back, when, and how to ask. Written to be read before you buy rather than after something has gone wrong.
Every first subscription carries a seven-day money-back guarantee. If the service is not what you expected, tell us inside that window and we return the full amount you paid. You do not have to justify the decision, and we do not run a retention script at you.
The clock starts on the date of purchase, not on the date you first sign in — so if you buy on the 1st and only set the box up on the 6th, you have one day left, not seven.
A request is covered by the guarantee when all of the following hold:
These fall outside the guarantee:
Email help@vodstreaming.tv with "Refund" in the subject line and include the name and email address the subscription was bought under, plus a sentence on what went wrong. That is genuinely all we need.
We will confirm receipt and give you a decision within one to two working days. If it is approved, the money goes back to the card or account it came from — we cannot redirect it elsewhere.
Once approved, the delay is with the payment network rather than with us:
We do not pro-rate. Once the seven days have passed, a term runs to its end and there is no partial refund for the time left on it. This is exactly why the free 24-hour trial exists: it costs nothing and it answers the question before any money moves.
Separately from the guarantee: if something is broken at our end and support cannot resolve it within 72 hours of you reporting it, you are entitled to a refund or a credit even if the seven days have expired. Persistent server-side failures are our problem, not a customer's. Write in and say the problem is unresolved after 72 hours and we will sort it out.
Refund questions, or anything about this policy: help@vodstreaming.tv. You can also use the contact form, which reaches the same people.
