The agreement between you and VOD Streaming. Using the site or the service means you accept it, so it is worth the five minutes.
Subscribing, taking a free trial, or simply browsing this site means you accept what follows. If any of it does not suit you, the correct response is not to use the service. We may revise these terms; the date at the bottom shows when they last moved, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the revision.
VOD Streaming provides access to internet-delivered television: an on-demand catalogue of films and series, and a list of live channels. We supply credentials and the platform that serves the streams. We do not produce, own, host or upload the underlying video, and we make no claim to rights in it.
Channel and catalogue availability changes over time as feeds are added and withdrawn. Counts quoted on this site are accurate at the time of writing and are not a guarantee that any particular channel or title will be there tomorrow.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials to yourself. Sharing them beyond the connection count you paid for is the one thing that reliably gets an account suspended, because it is indistinguishable from resale. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has your login.
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. One account per household; the way to add screens is to buy more connections, not to hand the password around.
Prices are in US dollars and are shown in full on the pricing page — $25 for one month on one screen, up to $285 for twelve months across five. A term is paid for up front and in full.
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When a term ends, access stops until you choose to buy another. There is no rolling contract, no notice period and no cancellation fee, because there is nothing to cancel.
Refunds are governed by the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
The 24-hour trial is one per household and carries the full service. It takes no payment details and converts to nothing — it simply expires. Creating repeat trials with different email addresses to avoid subscribing is a breach of these terms and we will decline to issue further ones.

Breaching this section can end your subscription without a refund. We would rather email you about it first, and normally do.
We aim at consistently high uptime and generally hit it, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upstream failures, the state of your own connection and events outside our control all interrupt streams from time to time. Where a fault is ours and support cannot fix it within 72 hours, the refund policy says what you are owed.
Whether a particular stream may lawfully be watched depends on where you are, and that is your responsibility to determine, not ours. We take copyright complaints seriously and act on valid notices — see the DMCA policy for the procedure.
You end it by letting a term expire, or by asking us to close the account. We may suspend or end it where these terms are breached, where payment is reversed after the fact, or where an account is being used fraudulently. Sections 8, 10 and 11 survive termination.
The service is supplied as it is. To the extent the law where you live allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Nothing here removes rights that your local consumer law does not permit us to remove.
These terms are read under the law of the jurisdiction in which VOD Streaming operates. If a court finds any clause unenforceable, the rest stands.
